Player Registration

Use our on-line player registration form to collect information and payment using Verisign or Paypal credit card processing. The data is routed directly into a database eliminating the need to collect paper and checks and manage the collection and input process. When all registrations are entered, the system provides tools to assist sorting and printing evaluations and team draft sheets as well as other reports. The registration form can be customized to meet your individual needs.

Sponsor Request

A great way to supplement registration fees is to collect sponsor fees. Our sponsor request form makes it easy for local businesses to submit a request to sponsor your league. Our sponsor tracking system provides multiple levels of participation and automatic prioritization and expiration dates for ads, plus the ability to track the number of hits.

Coaching Request

Individuals interested in coaching a team or clinic can submit an on-line request. This form includes a questionaire requiring participants to disclose their experience, coaching philosophy, and intentions.

Volunteer Request

Leagues survive based on volunteer participation. Make it easy for your league participants to volunteer for different positions.

Request for Information

General information is best handled with a form and an on-line email account. Our on-line request form allows you to customize the request type field (drop down) as well as define which fields to require, and also allows each inquiry type to be routed to a different contact person. For example, your requests may include program information, general comments/concerns, and comments about the website with program information and general comments being routed to the program administrator and website comments being routed to the Webmaster.

Injury & Accident Report

Injuries do happen. When they do it is important to have a proper paper trail. An on-line injury report is available to coaches with automatic notification to the safety officer or other designee.
